The Spark by Hilton is nice! It's definitely a quick business trip hotel. They only have a bagel bar, and they lack coffee makers in the rooms and a pool. However, it's a good price for a clean stay and comfy bed!
The rooms were clean sink drains terrible but that's the only bad thing. Location wise it sucked because we went to kill time and now we just "have to have" a 3000 dollar couch . Overall no complaints
One downfall is how close the toilet paper is to the toilet, I felt like I was practically sitting on top of it! The outdoor pool was a decent size, heated nicely, but there were no towels and would be nice to have some light music playing.
Great clean NEW HOTEL!! It was the old Baymount. What a nice makeover well done, Hilton. I just hope you maintain the property and the rooms!!! Unfortunately!!! NO HOT BREAKFAST! :( *No waffles *No eggs *No bacon, no nothing! They have bagels if that's what you want. You lose a ⭐for no breakfast and removing the microwaves from the rooms.
What an unexpected treat. Just when you think a Spark only meets the basic needs of a traveler, you get a King Suite and are wowed by the space and comfort. This was a pleasing stay; however, if the pool and laundry were operable it would have surpassed expectations. The weight room and breakfast did make up for it as did the exceptional service of the staff. You gals rock!
Spark hotels are advertised as simple stays, and they are. It’s a basic hotel filling basic needs. This one is very clean, the staff very helpful, but around us (highway, other boarders) was very noisy. They have a bagel bar for breakfast, but there’s also cereal, yogurts, muffins and other grab and go foods.
When looking for a hotel that is budget friendly, spacious rooms for a solo traveler or a couple. Plus having a modern interior, 24/7 coffee and tea along with an adequate continental breakfast. This is the place to be. I’m here for work so this hotel ticks all my requirements. Special thanks goes out to Erin, she is always welcoming, beautiful smile and greetings. Location is ok and it’s quiet. My only remarks that they can fix is having the washer dryer fixed or upgraded. Change the bathrooms exhaust fan to a silent type. It’s an excellent choice for business travel.
Its not bad for a short stay. It is clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast is pitiful, no microwave in the room and I thought the beds were uncomfortable.
